Key is to never go down past 90 degrees and never come up to straight legs.  Do this six times a day until exhaustion.  If your thighs aren&#039;t burning the next morning you didn&#039;t do enough.  Add some dumbbells in your hands after first week.

Box jumps-
Jump sideways back and forth over a shoe box on the floor.  Keep back perpendicular to gravity and try to keep your upper body in one place just swivel hips back and forth over box.</description>
